In April 2018, the Company entered into an agreement with Guangdong No. 2 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a construction and engineering subsidiary company of an SOE based in Guangdong Province to conduct emergency refuse pile improvement construction in Longgang District, Shenzhen City in the capacity of a subcontractor for a contract value of approximately RMB11.45 million.
