Organic Solid WasteTreatment Technology

The Company utilizes a number of its proprietarycore technologies in its projects, including its LCJ super anaerobic microbialdegradation and biogas production system, automated ultra high pressure waste pressing device and autoclavedehydration reactor. According to Frost & Sullivan, the LCJ super anaerobicmicrobial degradation and biogas production system accelerates the fermentationprocess of food waste to a rate that triples that of the conventional microbesused in anaerobic processes in the industry. The Company’s automated ultra highpressure waste pressing device significantly increases the calorific value ofdry components and the utilization efficiency of wet components compared tothat of conventional waste classification devices used in the industry. TheCompany’s autoclave dehydration reactor, which relies on jacketed indirectheating, significantly reduces the water content in the treated residuecompared to that of conventional reactors used in the industry.

2.Waste Collection

The Company is typically responsible for thecollection and transportation of animal solid waste generally from breedingfarms, livestock wholesalers and slaughterhouses; during collection, theCompany utilizes its specialised protective measures to eliminate any humancontact with the animal solid waste in the process. The Company measures itscollection volume either via the weight of animal solid waste or the number ofdead livestock collected. Where its waste collection volume is measured byweight, the vehicle is driven onto a platform scale to record the weightdifference between the vehicle not loaded and loaded with the waste collected.Where its collection volume is calculated according to the number of dead livestockcollected, the Company photographs the dead livestock collected and upload ontoa monitoring system provided by a government-regulated third party. Animalsolid waste is then unloaded at the pre-treatment system at its treatmentfacilities.

The company’s animalcarcase transportation vehicles are self-loading, fully sealed and are designedto minimise human contact while transporting disease-carrying animal carcases

3.LCJ super anaerobic microbial degradation system

Passing through the LCJ super anaerobic microbialdegradation system, greaseless pulp undergoes the hydrolysis and acidificationprocesses after food waste treatment, followed by microbial degradation in theanaerobic tank where the Company utilises genetically enhanced super anaerobicmicroorganisms to achieve an accelerated biodegrading process of the foodwaste. This degradation process generates the greaseless pulp. The hydrolysisand acidification processes last 24 to 48 hours, and the greaseless pulp isleft in the anaerobic tank for eight to ten days.

4 Autoclave dehydration system

Once the animal solid waste reaches theautoclave dehydration reactor, it will undergo isolated sterilisation throughpressure and high temperature processing, the purpose of which is to sterilisethe mass from bacteria, and to separate animal grease and meat bone residuefrom the mass. The process of pressure and high temperature treatment lastsfour hours. Subsequently, grease trapping is performed on the mass residue toseparate the animal grease from the meat bone residue via the Company’spatented pressing device.

5. Ultra-high pressure waste pressing device

Thecompany’s ultra-high pressure waste pressing device, which is fully automated, significantly increases the calorific value of dry components andthe utilisation efficiency of wet components compared to that of conventionalwaste classification devices used in the industry.
