Applications of Biodiesel
Leoking has an independent R&D institution and technical team, whichintegrates the R&D and application of biodiesel production technology. Weuse the most mature acid-alkali two-step catalytic technology to producebiodiesel. It contains dehydration, esterification, sedimentation, extraction,high-temperature distillation and other processes. Our products meet EU EN14214biodiesel quality standards, with ISCC certification, can be widely used toreplace or blend petrol diesel in various applications. We have the most technologicallyadvanced team in the field of UCO utilization in China, that makes our quality ina leading international level. At the same time, the conversion rate achievesmore than 90%.

Leoking Environmental Group currently has three catering waste franchiseprojects in Guangzhou City and Shenzhen City. The franchised Guangzhou EasternBiomass Waste Integrated Treatment Plant is the world's largest urban organicwaste treatment project. It can treats organic solid waste, such as cateringwaste, nearly one million tons per year. Therefore, Leoking has stable and high-puritysources of used cooking oil, which can support annual production capacity ofabout 120,000 tons biodiesel.

Biodiesel made from animal fats and vegetable oils has many advantages.

Used cooking oil refers to theanimal and vegetable oil which comes from catering waste. The catering waste isprocessed by squeeze, high-temperature boil and extraction, then output UCO. UCOdoes not meet the food safety standards, so it can’t be reused in foodtreatment again.
