In May 2018, the Company entered into agreements with two subsidiaries of an SOE engaging in the infrastructure engineering industry to conduct early stage and ancillary environmental protection professional subcontracting works at two construction sites in Guangdong Province as part of the general contracting works under the Shenzhen City Municipal Railway Transport Line No. 16 Project. The contracts had an aggregate value of RMB427.0 million. We provide services as a project sub-contractor.
