On theoccasion of the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland, in orderto review the glorious course of the 70th anniversary of the founding of newChina and cultivate the patriotism of the youth in the new era, the LiaisonOffice of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special AdministrativeRegion recently organized a delegation of Macao youth to visit theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. As the largest urban organic waste treatmentproject in the world, Guangzhou Eastern Biomass Waste Integrated TreatmentPlant invested, constructed and operated by Leoking Environmental Group wasmainly visited by the delegation.

The 25members of the delegation are young elites in all professions from Macao. Thepurpose of the delegation is to experience the achievements of the 70thanniversary of the founding of new China. In the plant area, Wang Haitao,deputy general manager of the environmental park business division of LeokingEnvironmental Group, introduced the basic situation of the project and theprocess flow of organic waste treatment to the delegation, and focused ondisplaying7 anaerobic tanks with single volume of nearly 10,000 cubic meters. Thedelegation was very shocked by the treatment scale and large capacity of theanaerobic tanks in the plant area, and praised the advanced process technologyand excellent plant environment of the project.
