High impurity content and complex composition are the common properties of domestic food waste at present, and the removal of food waste is also the biggest difficulty in the treatment of food waste. Zhang Zhuo, deputy general manager of the environmental park business division of the group, introduced the group's leading technology in the field of classified treatment of kitchen waste to CCTV. "Through high-pressure technology, we will extract the organic matter in our food waste which is suitable for anaerobic fermentation at our treatment plant." In this world's largest organic solid waste treatment project, Leoking uses ultra-high pressure pressing separation technology to classify food waste of dry and wet, separate the organic matter in food waste, and obtain the wet component (organic matter) and dry component (impurities). The wet component is used for anaerobic fermentation, and the dry component is used for incineration power generation. Compared with the traditional waste sorting device used in the industry, the automatic ultra-high pressure waste pressing device greatly reduces the loss of organic substances in the waste sorting process, and effectively improves the utilization efficiency of food waste.

Leoking Guangzhou Eastern Biomass Waste Integrated Treatment Center reported by CCTV
The contracted treatment capacity of the Guangzhou Eastern Biomass Waste Integrated Treatment Plant is 2040 tons per day. After the project is put into operation, the treatment capacity of catering waste and food waste within the six districts of the center of Guangzhou is 400 tons per day and 600 tons per day respectively, which is of great significance to promote the classification of household waste in Guangzhou.
